Everything about this game is great. But when you level up, your supposed to get rewards. Please be weary. You need to select these. So wait and dont just say okay or you loose out on those. Im level 19 and just figured this out

Game is fun and addicting but the people get tired quickly and need donuts and you can send them to the restroom but that does nothing cause they still need a donut. Also the game says every friend code I enter is invalid. Even when I created a new account for my kids and used that friend code it said it was invalid. Would love to see the problems fixed

Ive been playing this game for about three years. A while back the game crashed and I lost over 150 workers. Most of them were maximum level. They gave me back 4 of them at level 1 and gave me 30 donuts as compensation. Thats about enough to level them to level 3. It takes thousands to get to level 22. They have also ignored numerous emails requesting they provide the reward for playing in a previous event. $1500 and 1500 donuts. They dont care about the long term players.

Still cant open the app and have been waiting almost a month for it to get fixed. If you release 2 updates even after it has been broken for many players, have the fix in one. Starting to lose hope on this game. I have had this game for around 2 1/2 years and it has never been this bad.
