Going downhill fast

This used to be a Great game, with great customer support. I have not received the rewards I should have gotten for the last six events.Also I paid $20.00 for an event item and never received it. It appears there is no customer support anymore. There are no replies to problem reports.The game is addictive and a lot of fun but dont get it its not worth the headache.
